Morris Automotive has been servicing our personal cars and work trucks for a long time. Recently, I had a truck breakdown while on an out of town job and had to take it to another shop. It was a really bad experience and it made me really appreciate the people at Morris Automotive. Good and honest people, quality work, and they stand behind what they do.

Morris Automotive is the best! When my son’s car needed service, they were able to get us in the next day. They kept us posted as far as the progress, cost, and nature of the repair process. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Even Eddie the cat gets in on customer service as he “greets” customers. The repair was done well before we expected even though it was very close to the holiday weekend. I highly recommend this local business for any of your automotive repair needs.

I was told by the local Jeep dealership that my 2015 Wrangler had a leak in the radiator and they would need to replace the radiator and thermostat. I wasn't convinced so I took my Jeep to Morris Automotive and was told by their staff that I in fact did not have a radiator leak and only needed a new thermostat. I appreciate the crew at Morris for their integrity and honesty. Any shop could have easily replaced the radiator, even though not needed, and I would not have been the wiser. True pros. Save me over a $1,000 from what the dealership was asking.

Fifteen years of professional and very courteous service. When my car is serviced and repaired and ready for pickup I have no worries I'm confident in the knowledge and professionalism at Morris Automotive they do the job right. They are caring and understanding.

My vehicle broke down in Tennessee on a trip from Florida to Missouri. I had my 3 grandchildren and a puppy with me. It was difficult to find anywhere that could look at the car immediately. Mr. Morris was able to diagnose what was wrong so I would know before I had to leave for Missouri. I had blown a head gasket. While in Missouri he kept me informed of the progress and I picked up my car on the way back to Florida. They did an excellent job! My car has never run better. Also, when the car broke down he dropped us all off at a motel so I did not have to taxi or Uber there with all of luggage, children, and puppy. The week after I returned to Missouri he even called to make sure we had no problems and returned home safely. Besides the excellent job they did on the repair, the customer service was out this world. Thank you Mr. Morris and staff! God Bless you all.
